My First Blog

I have finally decided to take the plunge and have started my own blog. I know it's just a craze, and I usually steer well clear of anything slightly fashionable. Me being me, I usually frown on things simply because other people smile upon them. Then why, you ask, did you start a blog? The answer is this: I have an insatiable need to express myself and be listened to attentively, so this is a fantastic thing for me! I have an opinion on everything, and whilst putting forward my opinions I more often than not piss people off or offend them. Fortunately, no-one reading this knows who I am, so I can be as obnoxious as I want!

But this is not just a blog - it is also a study guide. I am currently in Year 11 at school studying 15 units for the HSC, so I understand the pressures that are on students of today. So I have collected a few of my notes on various topics we have studied in class and I will be posting these at a later date. Mind you, this is not to help lazy students cheat! I refuse to give away answers, but I can help people on their way to developing their own understanding on various subjects.

I love nothing more than an intelligent discussion. Books, movies, politics, sport, anything! Just try me. I have recently finished reading The Forsyte Saga by John Galsworthy, which I will post my thoughts on soon.
